MetroPM was started in 1988 with the purchase of a multi-unit apartment building on Capital Avenue in Hartford, CT. That single purchase led to over 200 more real estate purchases over the past 33 years, allowing MetroPM to amass a large portfolio of quality investment properties. Investing in real estate quickly led to brokerage, followed by management and maintenance, and finally property and casualty insurance.
