Dear Dan and Joe, As Treasurer I just wanted to thank you for your collection efforts at our Association. When you took over in November our Association was owed over $51,000.00 from delinquent unit owners. In less than six months we went from a disaster to being owed $0.00. Joe's constant efforts enabled the Association to collect what was owed without the need for starting a foreclosure action against any of the delinquent owners. I wanted to thank you and your team for their quick response to unit owner calls of frozen pipes. Keith, Chris, and Tim showed up within minutes of my call and knew exactly what to do.
