Dear Dan, I am writing to thank the team over at Metro for their assistance during the March 7 blizzard. We have several unit owners who must report to their jobs no matter what the weather conditions so keeping the common areas clear at all times is a critical need of our association. As you are aware, due to the heavy snow and high winds a large tree had fallen across the main entrance blocking access to our community. The crew from Metro was there promptly with a large Bobcat and chain saws and was able to clear the entrance within minutes. Thanks again for all of your help during the storm.

Dear Dan and Joe, The Board of Directors wanted to share its appreciation for your efforts in straightening out several years of improper financial reporting by our previous property management company. With nearly 300 homeowner accounts I know that correcting years of lackadaisical accounting is a major undertaking. Joe and Karen were able to sort through boxes of records and provide clarity to a situation which had none. Thanks again for your diligent efforts.

Dear Dan and Joe, As Treasurer I just wanted to thank you for your collection efforts at our Association. When you took over in November our Association was owed over $51,000.00 from delinquent unit owners. In less than six months we went from a disaster to being owed $0.00. Joe's constant efforts enabled the Association to collect what was owed without the need for starting a foreclosure action against any of the delinquent owners. Years of neglect help facilitate our getting into the mess, hiring Metro to clean it up was the best decision our Board of Directors could have made. Thank you again for your exemplary efforts.

I wanted to thank you and your team for their quick response to unit owner calls of frozen pipes. Keith, Chris, and Tim showed up within minutes of my call and knew exactly what to do. Having six units affected by frozen pipes is a scary situation for our unit owners. Thawing them without any pipes bursting is a miracle. I dread the thought of the impact on future insurance premiums had the situation not been handled in such a professional manner. Thank you Metro for a job well done.
